Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time using the subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us at officialcontact022@gmail.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Aurora Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Your first Aurora Pro purchase (monthly, 3-month or yearly) is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Read the full Refund Policy for details and how to ask for a refund.
Who handles payments, taxes and invoices?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. Paddle runs the checkout, takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT for your country, and sends your invoice and receipts.
Which payment methods can I use?
Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards and other payment methods depending on your country. The options available to you are shown at checkout.
What happens when I cancel or a payment fails?
Your account goes back to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Your workspace, bookmarks and notes stay in your browser, and files you already downloaded stay on your PC.
How does the Free limit work?
The daily limit applies only to saving videos and audio from video pages: the Free plan includes 10 video or audio saves a day, up to 720p, and the count resets daily. Ordinary file downloads through the download manager (zip, exe, pdf and more) are unlimited on Free, at standard speed with 2 connections per file, and you can pause, continue and resume them. Bulk download shows a preview of the first 5 videos of a list. Aurora Pro removes the daily limit, uses 8 connections per file, unlocks every quality and downloads whole lists.
What kinds of files can Aurora Tube download?
Any file you download in Chrome, such as zip archives, installers (EXE), PDFs, disk images (ISO), videos and more. The Helper saves them to your Downloads folder and lists them in the Download Manager. You can turn this on or off with the "Download every file with Aurora" switch in Settings.
Why are downloads faster with Aurora Pro?
Many servers limit the speed of each single connection. Aurora Tube splits a file into segments and downloads them over 8 connections at the same time, rebalancing the segments as parts finish. The real gain depends on the server and your internet connection; if a server allows only one connection, the speed is about the same as in Chrome.
What do I need to run Aurora Tube?
Google Chrome for the extension and a Windows PC for the Aurora Tube Helper app, which downloads and saves the files on your computer.
Does Aurora Pro let me download anything?
No. The same rules apply on every plan and to every file: only download content you own or have permission to use, and follow each website's terms. DRM-protected streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ are blocked. See our Terms of Service.
